Only 5 miles south of Interstate 90, it is an easy drive from any location. Situated between the northern tips of Cayuga and Seneca Lakes, the Inn is convenient for those touring the Finger Lakes’ many wineries, hiking and biking trails, historic sites, state parks, beaches, outlet shopping and many more activities.

FROM POINTS EAST (INTERSTATE 90):
Take exit 41. Upon leaving the interchange, turn right and go South on Route 414 and proceed 4 miles to the second traffic signal. Turn right onto North Road, Co. Rd 122 and proceed 1.4 miles to the second stop sign. Turn left onto Route 96 South / Virginia Street and proceed 0.3 miles to Through the Grapevine B & B on your left, across the street from Mull Funeral Home.
FROM POINTS EAST WHEN TRAVELING ON ROUTES 5 & 20:
In Waterloo proceed along Routes 5 & 20 until you reach Route 96 North / Virginia Street, turn right and proceed 0.4 miles to Through the Grapevine B & B located on your right, across from Mull Funeral Home.
FROM POINTS WEST (INTERSTATE 90):
Take exit 42. Upon leaving the interchange turn right onto Route 14 South and proceed 0.3 miles. Turn right on to the cloverleaf leading to Route 96 South. Proceed 6.6 miles on Route 96 South to the first stop sign. Turn right and proceed 0.3 miles to Through the Grapevine B & B on your left, across from Mull Funeral Home.
FROM POINTS WEST WHEN TRAVELING ON ROUTES 5 & 20:
Proceed along Routes 5 & 20 until you reach Route 96 North / Virginia Street in Waterloo. Turn left and proceed 0.4 miles to Through the Grapevine B & B located on your right, across from Mull Funeral Home.
FROM POINTS SOUTH BINGHAMTON / ITHACA:
Take Route 96 North to Waterloo. At the intersection of Routes 96 and 5 & 20, proceed 0.4 miles on Route 96 North / Virginia Street to Through the Grapevine B & B located on your right, across from Mull Funeral Home.
FROM POINTS SOUTH ELMIRA / WATKINS GLEN:
Take Route 14 North to Geneva. At the intersection of Routes 5 & 20, proceed east 7.3 miles to the intersection of Route 96 North. Turn left and proceed 0.4 miles on Route 96 North / Virginia Street to Through the Grapevine B & B located on your right, across from Mull Funeral Home.
