Through the Grapevine Bed and Breakfast is open year round on extended weekends or weekdays for special events (Empire State Farm Days, Sampson State Park Dog Show, or by special arrangements).

Reservations are recommended. A credit card number is required to hold a room.
Reservations confirmed upon receipt of one night’s stay.

Personal Checks, Traveler’s checks, Credit Cards and cash accepted.
Full payment is due upon arrival. Cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged a day's rate.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. We have a cat and a dog in the host residence.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

Children are welcome.
